- ▸Analytics and advertising data: we use (or may use) Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and interactions with the Site. The Meta Pixel also allows Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to associate your visit with your Meta account for ad measurement and audience building.
- ▸Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records standard request data (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) for security and debugging.

Membership signup and member sign-in are handled by TheMemberSpot, a third-party membership platform, at kingofgains.thememberspot.com. Information you enter there (including payment details) is collected and processed by TheMemberSpot under its own privacy policy. We do not collect or store payment card information on this Site.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information. Sharing website activity with advertising partners such as Meta may be considered “sharing” under California law; see Section 8 for how to opt out.
5. Data Retention

The Site is served over HTTPS with encryption in transit. Access to submitted form data is limited to gym staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
